Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of homeowners first party claims with discretion within authority.
• Applies specialized knowledge (coverage, investigation, large loss, etc.).
• Partners with subrogation or fraud teams to achieve best outcomes.
• Recognizes residential construction and repair components to assess damage.
• Identifies customer needs and delivers appropriate service.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
• Demonstrates broad understanding of company policies and industry practices.
