Job summary

Strong investigative, negotiation, and risk assessment skills are essential. The role supports Field leadership, collaborates with claim teams, and reviews coverage and damages on demanding cases.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large loss claims with high exposure.
• Strong investigative, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
• Familiarity with complex liability issues and litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Performs file reviews on complex projects and litigation cases.
• Assesses when CWP is appropriate given gross tort exposure.
• Refers complex coverage issues to Field leadership and Home Office litigation.
• Reviews coverage, liability, and damages on complex cases for authorization.
• Collaborates with FPEs, FPLs, CPSs to share trends and guidance.
• Supports product and sales teams with new claim forms and endorsements.
