Qualifications

• Senior-level litigation experience with a focus on large loss or high-exposure matters.
• Active Pennsylvania law license required; New Jersey admission a plus.
• Strong independent work style with ability to coordinate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex large loss and excess liability matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategies for high-exposure claims, analyzing liability, damages, coverage, and exposure.
• Handle discovery issues, manage experts, and prepare/defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions; participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial prep.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients.
• Support development of new business opportunities and strengthen the practice.
