GNV Talent Link seeks a senior counsel for its Philadelphia office to lead complex large loss and excess liability matters with substantial independence. You will formulate strategies for high-exposure claims, assess liability, damages, and coverage, and oversee expert and discovery issues, motions, and growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, senior litigation experience in large loss or high-exposure matters, and a strong insurance defense background

This is a flexible hybrid role open to candidates in Philadelphia, PA.

Our client is seeking a senior-level attorney for its Philadelphia office to handle sophisticated large loss and excess liability matters with a high degree of independence. You will develop strategies for high-exposure claims, analyze liability, damages. coverage and excess exposure, handle expert and discovery issues, argue complex motions, and help grow the firm's large loss and excess practice.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
  
• Senio-level litigation experience in large loss, excess or other high-exposure matters
  
• Strong insurance defense background and experience managing complex matters independently
  

Plus:

NJ bar admission, first-or second-chair trial experience, catastrophic injury matters, excess carrier clients

Good but not required: Portable book of business
