• Strong insurance defense background and experience managing complex matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated large loss and excess liability matters with a high degree of independence.
• Develop strategies for high-exposure claims, analyze liability, damages, coverage and excess exposure.
• Manage expert and discovery issues, argue complex motions, and help grow the firm's large loss and excess practice.
