• Evaluate and approve high-value and high-risk accounts based on risk assessment and pricing strategies.
• Guide coverage terms, conditions, product development, and pricing to balance profitability with competitiveness.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and risk control to review accounts and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention of large accounts.
• Participate in business development initiatives and support acquisition of new large accounts.
• Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes to adjust underwriting strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to underwriting policy development and align with corporate goals.
• Manage direct reports to ensure alignment with mission, values, and company objectives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
