Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years multi-line commercial underwriting experience.
• 4 years experience serving in a managerial role.
• Proficient in common Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Underwriters.
• Provide recommendations to grow and improve profitability.
• Serve as CUW Lead or Subject Matter Expert for projects.
• Maintain compliance with Commercial UW guidelines.
• Oversee file audit process with other CUW managers.
