McFarlin Stanford is seeking a senior leader to direct the Maintenance & Snow Operations, overseeing a $6.5M+ division focused on lawn care, irrigation, horticulture, enhancements, and snow. The role emphasizes people leadership, profitability, systems, quality, and client service.

You will develop managers, drive data-based decisions, build efficient operations, and scale the business without constant firefighting, while partnering with Sales, HR, Finance, Fleet, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in landscape maintenance, snow, or a comparable field-service business
• Experience managing a multimillion-dollar operation with multiple managers and field teams
• Proven success improving efficiency, profitability, quality, or accountability
• Snow operations leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and field leadership
• Own divisional revenue, profitability, labor efficiency, and productivity
• Build and maintain effective scheduling, routing, and operating systems
• Establish accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and financial reporting
• Ensure high standards for safety, quality, and client service
• Oversee fleet and equipment readiness
• Lead all aspects of seasonal snow operations
• Partner with Sales, HR, Finance, Fleet, and other departments
• Identify recurring problems and implement long-term solutions
