Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is looking for a Landscape Foreman to lead field crews in landscaping and snow operations. This hands-on leadership role demands strong managerial skills to ensure project quality, safety, and efficiency.

The candidate will supervise daily operations across residential and commercial sites along with maintaining equipment. Year-round employment, inclusive of paid training and a supportive culture, are offered to committed individuals.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of landscaping or outdoor labor experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Experience in snow removal is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members.
• Oversee landscaping work including planting and mulching.
• Manage equipment use and maintain job site organization.
