Job summary

McFarlin Stanford seeks a Senior Client Relations Manager to oversee a territory of existing accounts and direct field operations, ensuring top-tier service and growth opportunities. You will conduct weekly client visits, address concerns, and drive site enhancements with clear plans and estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a background in landscape maintenance, hospitality, or sales, with excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform weekly site visits and formal walkthroughs with clients to ensure service expectations are being met or exceeded.
• Proactively pursue site enhancement sales and activities and present plans and estimates for enhancements to clients.
• Ensure renewals of assigned accounts and seed referrals for new sales opportunities.
• Assist and resolve any client issues or concerns with a positive and proactive attitude
• Manage the delivery of services per the contract and scope of work
• Ensure a safe environment for clients, employees and the general public
• Provide assistance and oversight to crews in the field in order to provide the company standards of service
• Maintain paperwork and reporting requirements as assigned
