You will lead multiple projects from concept to completion, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years experience in planning, landscape architecture, or multidisciplinary design.
• Professional licensure or certification preferred.
• Experience working on land development projects in both public and private sectors.
• Proficiency in common design and drafting software platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Adaptable and effective in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from early concept through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall workflow.
• Review design criteria, drawings, and technical specifications throughout each phase.
• Support proposals and coordinate with internal team members.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to keep projects on track.
• Oversee monthly billing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct design production using industry standard drafting and design software.
• Attend and lead meetings with clients, agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Step in on additional responsibilities as projects require.
