Senior Landscape Architect

An established, multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its growing Orlando team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, client engagement, and a passion for high-quality design across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects through all phases, including concept design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Prepare and oversee production of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship building
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level landscape architects and designers
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain Florida licensure)
