Granite Hills Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead frontline crews, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency while shaping outstanding landscapes for clients. You will plan production, schedule tasks, manage materials and labor, and mentor supervisors to drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager and customers to perform landscape quality audits and identify maintenance needs.
• Create detailed job service plans for each client using Aspire software.
• Provide production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and crew members on sites to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide training to team members.
• Contribute to profitability goals through monthly operations planning, labor and materials management, and reviewing financial results.
• Oversee hiring and staffing to ensure teams are adequately staffed.
• Lead a safety-oriented culture and hold the team accountable for safety procedures.
• Mentor supervisors to develop crew talent.
