Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager and customers to perform landscape quality audits and identify maintenance needs.
• Create detailed job service plans for each client using Aspire software.
• Provide production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and crew members on sites to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide training to team members.
• Contribute to profitability goals through monthly operations planning, labor and materials management, and reviewing financial results.
• Oversee hiring and staffing to ensure teams are adequately staffed.
• Lead a safety-oriented culture and hold the team accountable for safety procedures.
• Mentor supervisors to develop crew talent.

Position Summary

Senior Production Managers are crucial members of our operations team. Production Managers lead the frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position oversees production planning, scheduling, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partnering with Account Manager and customers to perform landscape quality audits to review landscape quality, task execution, identify maintenance needs, and recommend enhancement opportunities
• Creating detailed job service plans for each client, leveraging Aspire software system
• Providing production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction with timely and effective service
• Identifying opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members
• Understanding and contributing to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs and review of financial reports and results
• Overseeing hiring and staffing needs of the business to ensure teams are appropriately staffed.
• Demonstrating ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedure
  
• Continuously mentoring supervisors to lead teams and develop crew member talent
