Juniper in Greer, SC is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise a crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

You will coordinate equipment and materials, read landscape plans, train crew members, and uphold safety, while managing schedules and maintaining project quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in landscape construction.
• Ability to supervise and train crew.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Overseeing quality control on job sites
• Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
