Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Superintendent for our Install team to lead on-site landscape installation projects, supervise crews, and coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

You will manage budgets and costs, promote safety, train staff, and maintain quality control while delivering exceptional client service and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for the branch’s landscape projects.
• Understanding client needs and meeting with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Training and developing team members and enforcing safety guidelines.
