Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman in Greer, SC to supervise a landscape construction crew and ensure projects are completed safely and to our quality standards. You will coordinate materials, train crew members, maintain schedules, and uphold safety on-site.

The role requires experience in landscape construction, knowledge of plants, grading, drainage, and irrigation, and the ability to work long hours outdoors. Valid driver’s license and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage, and irrigation.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods in extreme conditions.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and operate hand/power tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for the landscape construction crew.
• Coordinate equipment and materials for each project.
• Supervise and train crew on installation techniques, equipment use, and safety.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee quality control on job sites.
• Safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators.
• Load/unload cargo and planting materials.
• Read landscape plans and provide material layouts.
• Record daily work hours for crew members.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
