Job summary

Landscape Endeavors Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Commercial Landscape and Irrigation Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects. This hands-on role offers growth and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality irrigation and landscape installations.

You will manage 3–8 crew members, review blueprints, coordinate materials, track time, and communicate with supervisors. The position is full-time, hourly, with benefits including a company vehicle and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial landscape or irrigation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret scaled landscaping and irrigation blueprints.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3 to 8 on landscape and irrigation projects.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and promote safety culture on job sites.
• Track crew time and attendance, and report progress to supervisors.
• Coordinate with supervisors on project progress and equipment needs.
• Manage materials inventory and labor budgets; create as-built plans as required.
• Ensure high-quality production using best management practices.
• Provide tools, equipment, and materials to crew; ensure policy compliance.
