Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Utah S330 Landscaping Contractor license requirements and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Industrial bidding: Take-offs and compile bid packages for residential and industrial projects.
• Technical analysis: Calculate precise quantities for turf, mulch, plants, trees, hardscape materials and other bid elements.
• Vendor relations: Negotiate with suppliers, nurseries, and equipment rental companies for competitive pricing.
• Site evaluation: Conduct on-site inspections across Northern Utah to assess terrain, access, and project scope.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure bids meet governing body, industry, and company standards.
