Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Eden, UT is seeking a Lead Residential Landscape Estimator to drive the estimating process for residential landscape design and installation projects, perform precise take-offs, and compile comprehensive bid packages.

You will mentor the Junior Estimator, negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, and conduct on-site evaluations across Utah to ensure compliant, accurate bids that meet governing standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in landscaping or civil construction.
• Advanced proficiency in estimating software such as PropertyIntel or LMN, and strong Excel skills.
• Strong leadership to mentor junior estimating staff.
• Knowledge of Utah seed mixes, heavy equipment production rates, and reclamation techniques.
• Understanding Utah S330 Landscaping Contractor license requirements and local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bids comply strictly with standards dictated by governing bodies, industry regulations, or the company.

• Salary starting between $75,000 - $90,000.
