Job summary

TCG Property Care is seeking a Landscape Superintendent to lead daily field operations across multiple job sites in the DC area. You will coordinate with crew leads, monitor timelines, ensure safety standards, and manage on-site logistics to meet contract specifications.

The role requires 5–10 years in landscape construction or grounds management, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver's license. Hybrid schedule with regular site visits and potential bonuses tied to project success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in landscape construction/maintenance or grounds management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for daily field communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site travel.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards; certifications a plus.
• Experience with municipal, commercial, or federal contract work is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field point of contact across active job sites and coordinate daily with crew leads and site supervisors.
• Oversee timelines, workflow, and crew scheduling to keep jobs on track and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor logistics across concurrent projects.
