Job summary

TCG Property Care Inc in the Washington, DC area is hiring a Landscape Superintendent to lead daily field operations across multiple sites, coordinating crews, schedules, and safety. This hybrid role requires 5–10 years in landscape/construction, bilingual English/Spanish, strong site-planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

5–10 years of landscape construction/maintenance experience.
Supervisory experience in field operations.
Ability to read site plans and blueprints.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary field contact across all active job sites.
Oversee timelines, workflow, and crew scheduling to keep jobs on track and on budget.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and safety.
Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and safety concerns.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor logistics across projects.
Support compliance on municipal and federal contracts (e.g., NPS standards).
Train and mentor crew leads on safety and quality standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to ownership and office staff.
Assist with punch lists, client walkthroughs, and closeout documentation.
