Job summary

Tri Scapes, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, seeks an experienced Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee 2–3 active commercial and municipal installation projects. You will supervise on-site crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on each site.

The role requires strong leadership, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret landscape blueprints and specs, while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in commercial landscape construction, civil earthworks, or general site contracting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple physical jobsites concurrently.
• Vetted, directed, and held subcontractors accountable on commercial/municipal jobsites.
• Strong understanding of grading, elevation, soil mechanics, irrigation systems, and heavy equipment operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with clients, inspectors, PMs, and crew.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Management: balance timelines, logistics, and resources for 2–3 projects.
• Subcontractor Management: main on-site contact, verify scope, monitor progress, approve milestones.
• Production Oversight: manage all phases of installation from grading to final site detailing.
• Crew Supervision: lead, mentor, and schedule internal crews; ensure clear daily goals.
• Plan Interpretation: read and execute blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Resource Coordination: coordinate timely delivery of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce OSHA regs and safety policies; conduct toolbox talks.
• Documentation: maintain daily logs and report progress to Project Managers.
• Culture & Values: uphold work ethic, respect, teamwork, integrity.
