Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a Senior Manager of Landscape Architecture to lead design from concept through completion across the Irvine Office portfolio, including new developments and renovations.

The role drives design excellence aligned with the company brand, collaborating with Leasing and Asset Management to maximize property value and ensure project execution meets strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• PLA preferred.
• 5+ years design, management, and construction experience in landscape architecture.
• Travel required.
• Valid California driver’s license; maintain vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape design projects from concept to completion across the Irvine Office portfolio.
• Direct cross-disciplinary external consultants across planning, design, and construction, delivering direction and critique to maintain speed.
• Review landscape drawings, construction details, and 3D visualization packages to guarantee conformance with design intent.
• Coordinate design workflows, optimize project schedules, and enforce cost controls across all phases.
