Colliers Engineering & Design in Irvine, California is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its Civil/Site Land Development team. This role guides complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality controls are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, a professional license, and strong AutoCAD skills, with knowledge of land development regulations and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Professional licensure in area of expertise.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy the client and control work and productivity.
• Identify project team, work packages and tasks, evaluation methods, productivity targets, schedules and manpower requirements.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance processes on all projects.
• Oversee work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Negotiate with clients on scope changes relative to budgets and schedules with supervisor approval.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all employees involved in the project.
