Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate development or construction management.
• Experience managing complex projects through multiple development phases.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and change management.
• Ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and construction docs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with consultants, contractors, agencies, utilities, and project teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a solutions mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from due diligence to turnover and closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, utilities, and agencies.
• Lead design development, constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost-control.
• Manage procurement strategies, bid processes, and construction contracts.
• Evaluate change orders, contractor proposals, claims, and risks.
• Monitor progress, quality, and schedule performance.
• Support entitlement, permitting, infrastructure, and acquisition activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive project delivery balancing schedule, budget, quality, and investment objectives.
