Job summary

SPVV Landscape Architects seeks an experienced landscape architect with eight or more years of professional design, project management, and construction administration experience. You will contribute ideas and deliverables in a collaborative team, meeting with clients and managers, and overseeing projects through construction.

Requirements include a BLA/MLA, current LA license (or in progress), and strong CAD/3D skills (AutoCAD, LandFX, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp). Spokane-based, not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Landscape Architecture; IEP acceptable if in process.
• Minimum 8 years in a landscape architectural firm.
• Strong design skills and ability to prepare construction documents at multiple scales.
• Proficient with CAD/3D software and QAQC focused work approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to design and project delivery from concept through construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and contractors; manage varied-scale projects.
• Assist or lead production and support RFQs/SOQs with marketing teams.
