Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and state licensure.
  • Several years of experience in landscape architecture with design leadership and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client coordination, and deliver design and construction documents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and design of outdoor environments such as parks, campuses, gardens, and recreational facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, urban planners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and codes.
  • Prepare site plans, conceptual designs, and construction documents; ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.

This role combines creative design, technical documentation, sustainable site planning, and project management to develop functional, aesthetically compelling, and code-compliant solutions. Occasional travel and attendance at evening meetings may be required.
