Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Landscape Architect III to join our team onsite in Glendale, AZ (also Tempe or Tucson). The role advances design development, production, and project management across urban landscapes, streetscapes, and recreation areas.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in landscape architecture with 7+ years of experience, and may possess licensure or registration in process. Proficiency in CAD/CS software and strong client collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or commensurate experience.
• 7+ years direct professional experience leading landscape architecture projects.
• Landscape Architect Registration preferred or pending completion within 6 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and 3D modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the execution of landscape architectural design on assigned projects within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Provide leadership in project design, production, and management.
• Prepare hardscape and landscape plans for urban settings, streetscapes, parks and recreation.
• Consult with clients, engineers, and architects on specifications and needs of overall projects.
• Perform onsite landscape inspections during site evaluations and coordinating design requirements with contractors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture

Master's degree a plus
