Job summary

Bowman is hiring a Landscape Architect II to join our onsite team at one of our AZ offices: Glendale, Tempe, or Tucson. You will help execute landscape architectural design for land development projects, prepare plans for urban settings, and coordinate with engineers and clients to meet permitting requirements.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's in landscape architecture and 3+ years of studio experience, with progression toward licensure and strong freehand rendering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or commensurate relevant work experience.
• Master's degree a plus.
• 3+ years of professional landscape architecture experience in a studio/office.
• Progress toward Landscape Architect Registration preferred (1–2 years to complete).
• Experience with SD, DD, and CD production including site details, materials and layout.
• Portfolio available upon request.
• Valid state driver's license and motor vehicle check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing landscape architectural design on assigned projects within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare hardscape and landscape plans for urban settings, streetscapes, parks and recreation; include entitlement, site plan and construction documents.
• Assist with plant inventory and evaluations.
• Support with permitting and coordination with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Assist in assembling SD, DD, and CD submittal packages.
