Green Industry Consulting is seeking a Landscape Architect to design and manage upscale residential and commercial landscapes, guiding clients from initial consultation to project completion. The role balances office design with field visits, emphasizing personalized service, attention to detail, and adherence to budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has licensure or is pursuing it, at least three years of relevant experience, and proficiency with design tools like DynaScape or Realtime.

Competenze

• Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect preferred or pursuing licensure.
• At least three years of landscape design and/or sales experience for upscale clients.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Proficiency with design software such as DynaScape or Realtime.

Mansioni

• Develop upscale residential and commercial landscape concepts from consultation through design and presentation.
• Guide clients through design processes, balancing vision, site constraints, and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators during handoffs to convey scope, labor hours, and tasks.
• Prepare polished drawings and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Maintain proactive client communication with follow‑ups, meetings, and project check‑ins.
• Stay informed on premium materials and landscape trends to provide informed recommendations.
