Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the company’s established takeoff and design processes to develop accurate plans, estimates, and project details that support high-quality project delivery.
  • Build relationships with discerning prospective clients whose needs align with the company’s services, and lead consultations to design and present upscale residential and commercial hardscape, softscape, landscape lighting, pool and construction projects that reflect each client’s vision, property, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Provide a personalized, consultative design experience, taking the time to understand client preferences, priorities, and expectations while offering thoughtful recommendations that enhance the overall property.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators during project handoffs to review the job folder and ensure key details are clearly communicated, including project scope, materials, budgeted labor hours, and required tasks.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client communications, design discussions, project documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Stay informed about emerging products, premium materials, innovative technologies, and evolving landscape design trends to provide informed recommendations and maintain a high standard of design excellence.
  • Demonstrate the company’s values and contribute positively to its culture, remaining open to feedback, new ideas, and evolving priorities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions, helping strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality landscape design and services in the local market.

  • Communication and Presentation: Communicates project details, expectations, and recommendations clearly and professionally, with the ability to present design concepts confidently to clients with elevated design expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains a high standard of accuracy, organization, and design quality throughout the sales, design, and project development process.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Manages multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and timely follow-through.
  • Adaptability: Responds constructively to changing project needs, client preferences, and business priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
