Lifescape Colorado is seeking a seasoned Landscape Designer for luxury residential outdoor projects. You will design, estimate, present, and guide clients from concept through handoff to construction, blending vision with technical know-how.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales and design experience, strong communication, and AutoCAD proficiency. Landscape Architect license or LEED certification are a plus; compensation includes bonus and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and design experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven landscape design, estimation, and horticulture knowledge.
• Ability to meet annual sales goals and present graphic designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop landscape plans from concept to final design.
• Present designs, proposals, and retainers to clients.
• Estimate projects and coordinate with subcontractors for quotes.
• Oversee project layout, construction, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth execution.
