Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients in Orlando. You will build long-term relationships and oversee field operations to ensure service excellence.

The role focuses on expanding ancillary services, delivering bids, and renewals, while guiding field crews and coordinating with the branch leadership to meet financial goals. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relations with clients and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Ensure timely account renewals and satisfactory service delivery.
• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Promote safety policies.
• Maintain CRM records and account documentation.
