Job summary

Toll Brothers in Colmar, PA has an immediate opportunity for a Landscape Accounting Team Lead. The role supports month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews, working within a Fortune 500 company known for luxury homes.

You will supervise a small team, reconcile accounts, assist with annual reports, and respond to auditor requests while ensuring accurate budget-to-actual analyses and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of related experience.
Homebuilding or construction accounting experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with general ledger and financial statements.
Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Support month-end/quarter-end close, including balance sheet and P/L analysis.
Create and post journal entries.
Review accounts payable batches for proper coding.
Explain budget-to-actual variances.
Assist external auditors and respond to requests.
Assist in budget variance analysis and review.
Mentor and manage additional team members as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
