Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive land use planning/land development experience.
• Knowledge of City & County Comprehensive Plans and Development Codes.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Research: conduct property, zoning, and utility research to ensure compliance with land use regulations.
• Prepare and submit materials for land use applications (subdivisions, zone changes, CUPs, site plans).
• Analyze complex issues affecting property, transportation networks, and utilities.
