Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, submit, and track proposal letters for wells, workovers, re-completions, and pluggs; serve as SME for complex proposals.
  • Route and monitor election deadlines for operated and non-operated properties; ensure timely elections across well programs.
  • Calculate and troubleshoot complex ownership in wells, including multi-party ownership.
  • Review title ownership and curative documentation; assess deficiencies and coordinate resolution with landmen and legal stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Land systems and ensure reliable reporting to stakeholders.
