Job summary

You will maintain Land system data and coordinate with stakeholders on regulatory matters. The ideal candidate has strong title ownership knowledge, conducts curative research, mentors junior staff, and applies extensive experience to a wide range of situations,

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track proposal letters for new wells, workovers, re-completions, and pluggings.
• Route, track, and monitor election deadlines for operated and non-operated properties.
• Calculate complex working interest and net revenue interest ownership in wells.
• Demonstrate proficiency in title ownership and curative documentation.
• Maintain accurate data in Land systems for reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters.
• Research complex land issues and provide recommendations.
• Support acquisition and divestiture responsibilities involving wells.
