MacKay is seeking a motivated Professional Land Surveyor – Project Manager to lead survey projects from initiation through delivery in Pasco, WA. The role blends fieldwork leadership with client liaison, budget oversight, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and collaborate with engineers and public agencies while staying current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Manages a variety of land surveying projects across boundary, topographic, ALTA, parcel maps, subdivisions, and staking.
• Develops project scopes, budgets, and schedules; ensures on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serves as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle; maintains strong communication.
• Oversees field and office survey teams; provides technical guidance, QA, and mentorship.
• Reviews and certifies plats, descriptions, and exhibits; coordinates with engineers and public agencies.
