Impact Recruitment is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor/Survey Manager in Fresno, CA. The role oversees field crews and office staff, reviews work for QA/QC, manages budgets, schedules, and client communication, and mentors junior staff. CA-licensed PLS and 5+ years in surveying management are required.

Responsibilities include ALTA surveys, deeds, right-of-way plans, and proposals development. Compensation reflects experience and leadership duties.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in surveying management.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (California).
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Strong technical writing abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Safety oriented.
• Ability to manage projects to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Develop fees and write proposals.

Aufgaben

• Supervise technical staff and field crews; review work products.
• Manage office and field workload; keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Perform QA/QC and report progress to clients and staff.
• Hire, mentor, and train survey staff; oversee multiple crews.
• Review deeds, ALTA surveys, easement plats, and right-of-way plans.
• Develop proposals; write and review fees; pursue new work.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and manage project budgets.
