Job summary

Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Colorado to join our Colorado-based team.

You will support planning, scheduling, and execution of diverse survey projects across Colorado and neighboring regions, collaborating with professional surveyors, field crews, and technicians. Responsibilities include boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and subdivision surveys, data validation, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school/associates or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of field and office surveying experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with Robotic Total Stations & GPS.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects with clients and crews.
• Assist with computations and data collection in the field.
• Prepare surveys, boundary/topographic/ALTA descriptions.
• Review field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client personnel.
