Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead and oversee diverse land surveying projects in Denver, CO. You will ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include ALTA/NSPS and boundary surveys, signing final documents, and managing scope, schedule, and quality. You will mentor field crews and interface with engineers, architects, and clients to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or ability to obtain.
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, CSMs, and boundary surveys.
• Strong knowledge of surveying standards, statutes, and land records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and certify ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys.
• Sign and seal final survey documents.
• Manage survey projects including scope, schedule, and quality control.
• Supervise and mentor survey technicians and field crews.
• Review survey data, plats, and mapping for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and municipal agencies.
• Assist with proposals, project planning, and client communication.
