Job summary

Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) seeks an experienced Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Colorado to join our growing team. You will lead surveying projects, collaborate with survey crews, and ensure accurate field data and boundary/topographic documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork across field and office tasks, with opportunities to interface with clients and manage project deliverables in Colorado and nearby regions. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years field and office experience in land surveying.
• Colorado PLS license required.
• Experience with Robotic Total Stations and GPS expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with clients and survey crews.
• Assist with data collection, calculations, and data uploads/downloads.
• Prepare survey documents, boundary/topographic/ALTA surveys.
• Review field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
