Qualifications

• Candidate must be licensed as Professional Land Surveyor in Colorado.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (Phasor pays all costs).
• Field/shift-based role requiring project coordination and crew leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution.
• Coordinate with Project/Regional Manager and stakeholders.
• Establish communication protocols and identify decision makers.
• Manage sub-contractors performing geomatics work.
• Oversee shift schedules, crew accommodations, and mobilization.
• Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation.
