Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. seeks a licensed RPLS professional to lead land surveying projects in Texas. You will manage scoping, scheduling, field coordination, and client communications to deliver accurate, compliant results on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate with survey crews and CAD staff, review data and plats, and oversee budgets and change orders. A strong track record in boundary/topographic surveys is essential and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Texas RPLS license.
• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar survey/CAD software preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of platting, subdivision, and municipal permitting processes a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle: scoping, scheduling, field coordination, and deliverable review.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular status updates.
• Coordinate with survey crews and CAD staff to align field and office work.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy prior to delivery.
• Track budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing boards and subdivision regulations.
• Manage project documentation, permits, and easement research.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resource needs across projects.
• Support proposal and bid preparation for new projects.
