Job summary

Magrym Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager/RPLS to oversee land surveying projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget, accurate outcomes.

Responsibilities include scoping, scheduling, data review, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on boundary/topographic surveys and ALTA/ACSM standards. A Texas RPLS license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RPLS license is required.
• 6+ years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and construction staking surveys.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land surveying projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, field coordination, and deliverables.
• Review survey data, plats, and legal descriptions for accuracy.
• Track budgets, invoicing milestones, and change orders.
• Ensure licensing, platting regulations, and utility coordination compliance.
