The role requires 5+ years of experience in land surveying, subdivision and topographic mapping, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, and GPS equipment. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping, writing legal descriptions; Registered Professional Land Surveyor
• Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey and GPS Equipment

Responsibilities

• Surveys, Topographic Maps, Boundary Adjustments, Subdivision Maps, Records of Survey, and Legal Descriptions
• As-built surveys, deed & plat research, review plats, draft/design drawings, maintain records, assess surveying problems, right-of-way
