The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and demonstrate strong communication skills while managing resources for various surveying projects. Qualifications

• Five (5) years or more of land surveying experience is required.
• Good interpersonal skills and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveying License (PLS) in North Carolina or South Carolina is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey calculations and direct field survey crews.
• Manage resources and budgets for multiple projects.
• Quality control review of field survey data.
