Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead surveying projects, prepare proposals, estimates, and coordinate with clients and staff.

The role requires a GA Professional Land Surveyor license (or ability to obtain within a year), extensive CAD/LiDAR/GIS experience, and strong project management skills. Relocation/sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying, civil engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Georgia Professional Land Surveyor license required; other states desirable.
• GDOT experience is required.
• 10+ years managing survey projects; 8+ years in land surveying.
• SIT license; 107 Remote Pilot’s Certification a plus.
• Advanced know-how of AutoCAD and Carlson.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head with proposals, estimates, presentations, evaluations, and recruiting.
• Coordinate with office staff and clients as required.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Show strong project management experience.
• Participate in pre-survey planning meetings with PMs, resident engineers, and contractor reps.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal survey regulations and Accura procedures.
• Experience with GIS platforms desirable; with robotic total stations and GPS post-processing.
