Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Survey Project Manager to lead survey projects. The role requires extensive field and office coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and staff leadership.

You will oversee proposals, client communication, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in surveying or engineering, GA PLS licensure within a year, GDOT experience, and strong AutoCAD/Carlson skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or more in Land Surveying or related field; professional licensure preferred
• Georgia PLS licensure or ability to obtain within a year
• GDOT project experience required for related work
• SIT license and Remote Pilot certification are valuable
• High proficiency with AutoCAD, Carlson, and LiDAR processing tools

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head with proposals, estimates, and presentations
• Coordinate with office staff and clients on project needs
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Participate in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, resident engineers, and contractor representatives
• Adhere to survey regulations and Accura procedures
• Experience with ALTA, boundaries, topographical surveys, and inventories
